Kind of hard to look internally when they immediately lock you out of your work laptop and close all access accounts.

Negative. They just deactivated people from the internal system. Why would you want to continue in this company? They give 0 fks about employees. No matter how knowledgeable you are, how dedicated you are, how many holidays you missed with your family to do work for them FOR YEARS. The company can crash and burn Oracle. I could care less.
Nope, even though I've seen ads on indeed.com for the same damned position.
No. In fact my 1:1 was cut short after 10 minutes when my access was revoked and my computer locked and shut down. I was the top performer on my team, always contributing more than expected and innovating and looking for ways to continue Oracles vision in the future. This round of RIF came down from above the director level, which to me is ludicrous.
Well, when your goal is to Reduce Force, there's no point in moving people to different org part... Unless you can switch from say Product Manager to Electrician/Technician and go build the new OCI DCs...

Not that using the internal job website gives any better results.
Nobody wants Oracle people, especially other Oracle people.
I know many folks who have applied to hundreds of internal positions. Not one offer. That Oracle promotes from within is a joke.
