There is nothing about meeting titles or length that means anything. HR has given clear instructions on how to manage the invites. Different HRBPs may suggest different titles for the whole org they deal with but within an org there is no difference.
Not legal advice...
But you could always be videoing on your non-MDM phone out of camera range. Or just leave your camera off.
