Remember Michael told his leaders beginning of last year to get the stock to $200 by end of fiscal year 2026 or executive heads will roll.

lot of people saying never said this, i was in meeting with svp when stock originally surged a bit and he mentioned md wanted it to 200. nothing about heads rolling, but if that part was said, i doubt hed have relayed it/
He literally never said this lol
Don’t believe that’s accurate.i recall 75% reduction in svps and 64% reduction in VPs and 95% in sr directors. Spans and layers are out of whack…. Just ask Broadcom. Trickle down effect will lean out all of company…, the 30k last 2 years is a trickle before the flood. And if you are on the fence listen to the earnings where JC did his defensive thing when asked an honest question. Come on. Dell needs to hire a CMO .
More trolling misinformation.
I don’t ever recall hearing that threat. And the CEO is like the captain of a ship. Everything is ultimately the CEO’s responsibility.
@a2 They always do bro. Nobody knows because Dell won't give us the credit or recogniction but, given the size of FED overall... FED pulls in a SHT ton of money - and business - for Dell.
FED is what keeps dell alive tbh..
Hopefully they DO roll. Just in time for Halloween. But once again, federal will save Dell's butts like they always do... but of course get no mention or recognition for doing so. I honestly do feel like fed is a massive reason Dell is even as relevant as they still are tbh.
Regular consumers like you and I, we aren't buying dell computers. College kids sure af aren't either. Parents are buying their kids what their kids want and it's NOT dell. It's apple more often than not lol. Or HP or other brands that are more appealing and "fun." I'd bet the more and maybe even most bought computer from Dell by kids are the Alienwares. They are trendy, have a big name, and are good for gaming and damn near anything. But Alienware is so far behind other brands such as RAZOR, though...
HP has their gaming lineup and those are solid and half the price.
But WHO TF is actually buying dell computers for personal use lol?? They aren't bad computers by any means but, there are better options.
In all honesty, I feel like the government, school districts and other large entities like that is what keeps Dell alive and well. Which is where the federal department comes into play as THEY are the ones selling mass amounts of PCs/laptops to these types of places. You have the schools - DoE - buying massive amounts of computers. Then the GOVT agencies buying huge amounts, then Army, Navy, etc... who are primarily buying the heavy duty dust proof, anti-everything systems that are 10k a pop.
But I will say, Dell does make pretty damn good monitors and I'd bet more consumers buy the monitors versus actual computers.
He never said that
I hope they do roll, they've been destroying the company and working the employees to death.
Federal will save the company's a55 again like the last several and just like everytime, we wont get even a mention
and JC should be the first one... was too late anyway!
