Like seriously, what does this guy even do that brings revenue for the company?
Does his salary justify what he does?
Absolutely not

@d4 Billy is right. And CF learned that from him.
Im sure all you complainers are well worth your value. Go get your snap app and let those of us who work hard and appreciate everything VZ offers get to work.
Not a Leader! Reminds me of a right fielder in tell ball. Head in clouds wondering when game is over.
Napoleon syndrome! Squatty and over matched
Total fraud and typical VzW Executive that lacks business acumen. Front runner style… wouldn’t know how to spell servent. Leaders
@18y
the worst is when you bring up a solution in a meeting followed a few days later by the director using your exact words on a PowerPoint slide for higher ups.
When that happened to me, I stopped participating with ideas - through a 3rd party, I found out the director asked about me and my current status.
Posted out and got something else, no way I'd give that person anything else but a hello and a good-bye
You could say this about every single VZ leader.
What do any of them do? Nothing
Do they have any ideas? No.
Cannot tell how many times I was in meetings with directors, VPs, C levels asking the underlings for ideas. If they are such masters of their crafts and business geniuses, how come they never have any ideas?
And...they just shuffle around the same people over and over and over again...
CFlood for example, couldn't cut it as a Market Prez, moves to SVP of Customer Success Outcomes - which sounds impressive but we all know it isn't.
Not shocked - he was way out of his league in the last role. Will be way out of his league in this role. Needs a bunch of people to explain stuff to him - so can't be that dialed into the business...
Oh well...
In Northeast Area; there was a time when KZ was completely dialed into the business but that was many years ago now.
Upper mgt forced him out and he did a few years at Intuit, then magically, came back but a shell of his former self.
Funny story, they took us to the Meadowlands for a football thing to meet Odell Beckham and Eli Manning...when the day was coming to an end, KZ grabbed like 8 signed jerseys and walked to his car...no way he was taking the bus back to the office - I wonder how much those jerseys were worth....
@e4 he didn't bring individual comp you fool, what flavor Verizon Kool aid are you sipping on. You think he personally brought back in commission? Lol
I know he brought individual comp back and we’re getting paid. I also won a contest to go to the Super Bowl last year so I’m not complaining.
He has a big mouth and knows the right people. Results still stink with him around while cost to acquire skyrockets. Typically bully.
