I’m in my 3rd week of a one-year severance! Hard to describe all the emotions and feelings after 40+ years. Relief from the toxic culture is probably the best feeling. The hardest part is all the work it takes for Unemployment and job searching. A bit too young to fully retire and too old for employers to even consider you.
