PTO Payout

If you quit do you get the balance of your PTO paid to you or is it just gone?

That's just unacceptable. The CEO being an incompetent A ho-e has nothing to do with his religion.

Get yourself a Nissan or Chevy sedan, and then get down to Tucson, pronto.

There will be drinking, weed, gambling, women, music, and enchiladas.

If you know you are quitting, use the floating and personal holidays up. You get 1/12th of your alotted PTO on the first day of the month that’s a weekday. So time it so that your last day is on the first day of the next month. I quit and my last day was 10/1. So if you get 28 days a year, that’s 224 hours a year. You earn 18.666 hours (224/12) on the 1st day each month. 18.666x12= 224. So if you just depart on the 1st day of a month you get 2.333 PTO (18.666/8) days just for “working” your last day on the 1st.

Wrong. Ling is not cheap. She fought to get us 5% standard increase this year.

Yes. You should always use floating holidays and personal holidays before PTO since they don’t pay for those unused times.
