Management keeps rolling out changes that make life harder for both us and our customers. Pricing shifts and new policies just add more confusion and stress. I spend more time dealing with the mess than actually helping people, and it’s exhausting. It’s hard to trust that leadership has anyone’s back here.

Yes, child. You need something to do, don't you?
Keeping you engaged here with your simplistic repetition limits your abilility to annoy others. I consider it my good deed for the month.
Could be worse. You could work for Lumen/Centurylink/Quantum fiber or whatever our name is. Will be out of a job march 2026 when our contract expires and taken over by the Death Star.
Sadly, don’t expect any change.

Complain and remain.

Between now and 2029, as they eliminate all copper infrastructure, we will see a lot more frustration.
If you’re still here at the 2030 point, things will improve. More AI, better cash flow, less people and more work centered and customers.
then stop
Because they don't. This is a very different company. It used to be a company where employees were proud to work. Where they encouraged their children to work. Not anymore.
Leadership doesn't have our backs because they don't care about us.
