Is anyone else feeling like a certain new leadership hire in our marketing org is steering without a clear destination? There’s been a noticeable lack of transparency, empathy, and strategic vision. Morale all time low and the only remaining talent left is disconnected from the top-level decisions that affect our futures. No one will submit a complaint with the fear of retaliation and organization RIF being held over our heads. Anyone with me?

Not just marketing but most of Value. The edginess and disruption that was here over a year ago is gone. A cancer grew within the org and it isn’t done yet
Worked in multiple business units and this is by far the worst. I’ve never scene such poor leadership from Sr. Directors all the way up.
Trash service levels and 5 hour wait times say everything about the leadership team and directors running that circus now. How any of those fools still have jobs is beyond me.
Every bit of value is a cancer. There were rifs yesterday and will keep happening until mid November. The Leadership is terrible. They have no real plans. Our Total stores are total failures.
More rifs coming over next 8 weeks. Total hemorrhaging.
Why do we all need to suffer for this disaster of a hire?
Value is a joke. Man-on total failure. Big Ange complete failure, the one that just got moved Ten-ya worst failure ever. Value service levels are trash with 6 hour wait times. Verizon removed anyone from TracFone that made this company a success and has turned it into a complete dumpster fire. Millions of customers lost, revenue tanking and service levels in the toilet. However the PowerPoint deck shows how great things are. Laughable leadership. They all keep getting moved around because they are complete and utter failures in leadership and execution.
Not too Foliar what Value is but any other in VZ is messed up one way or the other....As long as this Leadership remains this Co. Is sc--wed.....leadership needs to be replaced all the way down to Directors....seriously...if it was not for dividend it would be a penny stock co.
