Cash Vault Operations

Why does Cash Vault have such high turnover? They are contract workers, so they don't get displaced, but it seems like they come and go so quickly.

Most of the people on these teams are internal, they just use temps to find viable permanent workers. We have some part timers as well, but all of these jobs are entry level and at most sites there is limited upward mobility. Management tends to stay where they are. As a result, a good number of people come and go. Not unusual for entry level positions at giant corporations where the management structure lends itself to minimal turnover/opportunities higher up the chain.

In my experience dealing with vaults once upon a time they are redundant, mindless jobs. Also some of the equipment wasn't working and apparently hadn't been working for a very long time so maybe they're not getting the support they need.
