Back in 1998 when C. Michael got rid of all the A, B & C band managers? Made them an offer they couldn’t refuse. Replaced them with borderline occupationals and vapid marketing pukes. That was the beginning of the end. How about that reverse 5 for 1 stock split. History repeating itself. Similar bloodletting happened in 1989.

I remember the 2nd levels all celebrating…as they should have. That will never happen again. The company will be parted out over the next 24 months , anyone that thinks otherwise probably still believes in the Easter Bunny. Look around, it is no sustainable. Oh yeah…tomorrow is Monday, how excited and motivated are you to be there ? I’d rather work at FoxConn…….
Nobody is going to buy a company that is so strapped with such a high amount of debt! These businessmen are way too smart for that! They would essentially have to to pay next to nothing for the company just so they could take on the debt. Wake up, people, this scenario will never become a reality!

SBC with EDhead bought dying class 5 assets, and wasted money on non-productive purchases, while Randy & the John bought dying Satellite TV while the world was streaming and ruined movie production with their arrogance of knowing more about movies and TV than anyone actually doing the work while paying way too much & selling for pennies on the dollar.
Result? Going out of business sale. Expect Bezos or Mush to buy and right this sinking ship.
