@aq Kiran will join October j don’t think he is involved in RTO yet
It is funny no vp goes to office
@OP Anzea’s former puppies from her lap will join
What a tragedy
...which means even he knows in office time is total garbage that no one wants.
And yet Scharf himself said they want to use 3 days a week as a competitive advantage in hiring.
With their huge BSA fine, surprised they're pushing RTO 4 days a week. Good luck finding people to hire with THAT mandate.
Gotta laff at the tools shitposting about fear mongering on a fu---n layoff site. You come here looking for good news and happy times?
I hope the Chinese take over WF and turn it into a restaurant chain.
Anything that will drive attrition is on the table, but nothing has happened yet and I'm not gonna sit around worrying about what might happen.
FRTO/FHY.
This will be WF by year end. The current 3 days are being ignored and the coffee badging has become a pain point. As noted here, the most discussed solution is to Increase the number of days and start micromanaging the hours in the building. Get ready.
For those of you contemplating going to TD Bank … the exec who announced this had come from Wells and said that Wells will be four days in office soon…they had apparently done some benchmarks before making the call.
What's TD?
It’s “Sunday Fun Day” not “Sunday Fear Mongering”.
So what, the last time I check we were Wells Fargo not TD
