Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

The Nerve of HR Stantone: We'd love to hear from you before you go

Like these @$$wipes have no clue why there was a mass exodus on November 30? Why anyone that could possible leave Toxic-T wouldn't bail in a second? That gross mismanagement and corruption has doomed employees, and shareholders but the officers enrich themselves.

"Hello,

Thank you for all your contributions and hard work. It means a lot and we wish you all the best.

Before you go, we’d really like to know more about why you’re leaving. This will help us understand how we can create a better place to work. You’re not required to take this survey—but we really appreciate your feedback.

Take survey

Thank you,
AT&T"

They have no clue that our two last CEOs are at the top of the CEO Wall of Shame? That the Stink is a megalomaniac and pleasures himself by making Toxic-T as Toxic as possible? The Stink enjoys making employees, customers and shareholders as miserable as possible while raking in as much $ as possible? That the BoD provides no oversight?

Who the F***k that left so far this year is going to bother to fill this survey out? Stink can kiss my @$$. He probably would love it!

Goodbye and good luck for anyone that thinks they have to stay. Few people means more toxicity for each one that stays!

Santone will survive because she's a profit center from all the benefits she's gotten rid of.

Where was this mass Exodus? Y'all are living in an echo chamber, I just come to visit. You guys are permanent residents.

It'll be interesting to see how long Blondie survives.

I am curious to know a little more about you situation such that you cannot leave now.

For folks like myself with 21 years, the path I followed to get here offers me nothing at retirement and the pension vested many years ago. It seems you would be better off getting a head start at those companies offering 2x your salary.

Agree- Well stated and very succinct.

I'll have my rule of 75 in exactly two years and I will leave on that date. Already told the boss and have already been asked why i'm so sure i want to leave. Well the poster here summed up my thoughts exactly. I've worked my A$% off for many years to help the company. I'm being offered twice my salary at multiple companies to leave. Tells me my worth is far more than what T can pay. But of course, I'm not leaving without that pension!

We would love to hear your meaningless, incoherent ramblings on the state of our money grab and subsequent decline.
Enlighten us with your by the hour, on the ground, in the trenches, infinite wisdom. Thanks for your serfdom and blind obedience. Here's your pitance. Golf clap?
