The Court granted Final Approval of the Settlement on August 31, 2022, and the Settlement is now final.
Settlement distributions are expected to occur by December 2022.
Anyone hear or see anything further yet on their personal settlement?

I eagerly await my $7.45.
Under FAQ, the distribution depends if you are a current participant or a former participant. Only former participants have the option of rollover pr check. Current participants will have funds deposited to their 401K account.
I read the terms of the settlement and the faq . It says that participants will receive a check with 1099 tax withholdings taken out and if you dint want a check but rather rolled into a qualified retirement account with no taxes withheld , you have to fill out an online form so I dont think you will see anything in your statements unless you filled out the form already. And nope, no check yet for me.
