Does Humana accept volunteers for a RIF ? I worked for another organization that accepted volunteers during the Rif and provided the same monetary severance package to those who volunteered. Anyone heard of this option at Humana?

No. Some people may get offered early retirement, which could save some jobs, but that’s done for select people. They offered early retirement several years ago for all associates. They lost a lot of key talent. So they stopped that one-time practice.
It's a little late. The list is a done deal and sitting in a desk at HR.
