This has always been like that. Even when they used to be able to be searched internally. They really do have that wide of a payband. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

if you are internal - you will be at least at the 25% of that curve, which is $183K base, if you are external hire, you will most likely will be in or around 50% of the that curve $222K by default, rest is up to negotiations between bonus numbers, RSRs etc (if it is a Sr. Manager role vs principal product/engineer role).

Just applied internally.....pay range for job 144k-300k.

Ridiculous.

What's your salary expectations? Well, let's start with 300k and see where we land.
