Did anyone listen to the HR town hall today. The survey results stated today were the lowest in a very long time. Keep up the RTO initiative everyone. I hope our voices are being heard.

What if a 5% raise would push beyond your salary range max? You're just SOL?
Bei mentioned that Charlie only wanted to give 3% raises, but then she let him try her Wu Ta-g style, and bottom line, we're getting 5% raises.
The diversity scores were low again. How many of those low ratings come from white males that do not feel represented within the company?
Did Bei say anything about how she fought for the 5% increase?
