Term Management Employees to be Let Go in Southeast C&E

This may be a late post but all term management employees will be let go in Florida by mid-month. Reduction due to “inflation” not sure how that makes sense.

Reduction is because they are not needed anymore. If the business needs you, they wouldn't let you go.

“TERM” means more than one year less than three years. Premise tech position was created as “TERM” but once entrenched they flipped the script and made them permanent employees with lesser union contract.

AT&T employees on payroll in which their service was not to exceed 3 years. Term Employee Techs and Managers were hired to support the short-lived fiber build that is getting cut.
