Because it won't get any better here. Leadership makes bad decisions after bad decisions. I stayed here because luckily I had a good manager, but it is very obvious that he is also increasingly dissatisfied. It's not so easy to get a new offer but don't give up, sooner or later your efforts will be worth it.
