Does WF still have a 60 day notice period? I can’t find it in the handbook.

They don't even allow time for transfer of work any longer. It makes things even more difficult when actual knowledge loss occurs. Then higher ups get annoyed because people cannot answer questions about what the person laid off was doing on a project.
You will be walked day of without any notice. You will have no access or equipment following that day, but you will be carried by HR to check the box.
You won't know it's coming until you are called into a conference room.
They made me work mine in person.
you are an employee for the notice period, so if you are still in the 60 (or 90) day notice period on dec 15 - you get the match.
If you are out of notice period and receiving severance on dec 15, you do not get the match.
Yes. Basically, they pretty much remove you from working at wf, but you still get paid for 60 days. Then you get two weeks per the number of years worked.
Does this mean we would get the 401k match if we get displaced before dec. 15?
Thist is the law for massive lay offs
60 days, except for states that require 90 days.
