Mess it is today by a downward progression of incompetent,,empire building CEO's and rubber stamping BOD's going back 35 years. It's time to face reality and bring in a tech savvy Silicon Valley CEO to straighten it out. No more Bellheads. It's Over.

Bellheads not running the company is what created this mess. Lost sight of the actual deployment of service. Could be years into fiber service to the home. Rather they chose to go in the content direction. They had the money, manpower and customer base. Now you have a poorly maintained copper network and half arsed spotty fiber network. Most disturbing is the workforce is dwindling and is being replace with workers that had little to no training. The worst is yet to come.
how about a ceo who cares about the customers and gives them honest billing.
