Can confirm Post ID: @pb+1jtrycdm0. Carehub/CTC focused on enhancements that would save multi millions then would shut them down after six months to a year. Would start building requirements for compliance enhancements then poof, shut em down. And when these needed tech enhancements were canceled, deleted, shut down, forgot about, the blame was just placed on someone else.

Imagine such a company gaslighting you into believing they care about your mental health exile simultaneously destroying it via oppression, overworking, and underpayment. Tskkkk.

Everything is driven by finance department who do not consider staff stress or mental health. We could never get IT changes scheduled which would have improved the workflow and everyone's stress levels because only IT changes that would being in $$ are prioritized. Even when we demonstrated turnover costs etc and retention $$ savings they were never prioritized. Then one day our requests were all deleted which we only found out by accident. When we tried to find out why we were told they were old requests and they assumed we didn't need them any more. So efforts are made but constantly blocked by this kind of nonsense.

I laugh every time I get career enhancement updates. I wish I had 1/16 of the time to watch a video about how I can “elevate my career”, meanwhile I’m putting out fires left and right and not even saving babies.

Humana does not care about anyone’s mental health. They also don’t care about retaining top talent. They’re the devil.

They don’t actually care about our mental health. They send out all that stuff to try to make Humana look good. Like the last person said. We are burnt out, short staffed, and overworked for a cr-ppy raise like a blow the face. They don’t care if we stay or go or how our mental health is. This job is the main problem with my mental health but the job market unfortunately isn’t the best right now but I’m gonna get out when I can.

While I appreciate all of the reminders and emails giving me tips (on top of reminders about how Humana’s goal is to retain and attain top talent), we are burned out. More work, less people. Is every request a priority? More VPs should shadow involvement if these ask are actually a priority.
