I have already had 3 of those “screen shots” this morning. WTF?? Anyone else notice this?

They're gonna find out I've been on a remote island "working" as I sip cocktails and sun bathe.
Good hopefully they will be as annoyed as me with the every 5 minute pop up that my password will expire in 10 days and I need to reboot within the week.

the level of genius around here is amazing sometimes. the bullseye is Microsoft location services and indicates an application is using your location. could be the company tracking you, could be your browser, could be the 911 location manager for your soft phone. as for the company tracking you, if you didn't realize they can and do then welcome to corporate America.
Ha...the firm is using that to see where you are logging in from. They might not know where you are specifically, but they'll know if it's a Wells IP address or not

It is a program offered by Microsoft that can track location such as when you open the Walmart site & the closest loads as “your store”. It CAN be used my employers to track locations of laptops, etc to see where you’re at. If you’re on company equipment unfortunately they have full rights to do it. So if you’re working from a non-approved location they will know. Whether your dept uses the info is a different conversation.
its just doing a location check and I have been getting them for a couple of years. not a big deal.

the little 'bullseye' icon on your toolbar next to the clock indicates your screen is being watched by the bank. it usually lasts a few seconds so you need to be quick to notice it and they are basically trying to catch you in the act to use it against you.
What did it look like? I occasionally have a DOS window flash open and close.
