I live in Wisconsin and am connected to a lot of people in our industry around the area. Rumor has it that JY was pushed out and did not leave on his own. Seems like a political coup occurred against him based on what's being shared from many who are tied closely into the leaders in Fiserv.

According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the house JY bought was in Malibu. Was there another?
I worked under the founders. JY turned Fiserv into a creature of Wall Street and, eventually, the creature he created swallowed him. JY has only himself to blame but its the regular employees who feel the pain.
JY got just what he deserved after selling his soul to the Devil. ONLY he left a rich man and got house in Miami. One bad action ..... a martini on his front porch. THANKS JY from all of us forced out too - NOT.
KKR as the largest stockholder wanted their boy FB. JY shouldn’t be too upset as that is exactly how he came into Fiserv. DD was the largest stockholder and pushed JY into that position even though LM had groomed his successor. So LM abruptly ’retired’. And eventually resurfaced on the board at FIS.
Don’t feel sorry for JY. It was under his watch that this mess occurred.
