This is another horribly engineered product from the end-user aspect.
I'm sure it works fine for groups that only have one, or two teams calls/chats/whatevers going on at a time, but any support group that deals with multiple other teams per hour, it'll be a management nightmare.
It takes up more screen real estate than a skype or lync chat.
It forces you to view the gallery even if you're not using the audio or webcam.
You can't turn off the screen share that takes up another huge chunk of screen space.
But hey, at least it monitors everything you do, or don't do.
They are trying to make us less efficient so they can blame us for it.
