Lol at continents and planets. Half my team calls from India with screaming kids and noise in the background during every daily scrum call. Give me a break. Co located lol
Co-location will continue until one of two things happen. First they call of this stupid Agile Transformation that only exists on paper and metrics and second we're all face-2-face in the office. Good Luck with both.
If all team members are located on the same continent, then they are co-located.
If all team members are located on the same planet, then they are co-located.
