Everyone at the bank that came up with, implemented, and enforced RTO is overcompensated, even if they are an unpaid consultant. Powell is one of the grand wizards of that BS and the sooner he is fired the better off the organization will be. It'll be worth the golden parachute to jettison that hack.
How can you say he is underperforming? He’s obviously doing a great job at sucking Charlie’s d*ck, which is the only performance that matters among the executive ranks these days….
I challenge myself with a fun game, whenever an email comes in from Scott Powell, I see how fast I can delete it and purge it from my deleted items. Total poser and waste of space.
I get the executives make $$$, so think of us at lower levels that new job titles "changed" to NO longer bonus eligible.. ugh!! Then SVB tells us if we make more than minimum wage, we are doing just fine...

The compensation to these execs is criminal when the poor schmucks that actually do the work work their butts off all year long in the hope that their incompetent manager might rate them meets expectations and maybe get a 1% increase! $9 Million in 1 year for sending an email per quarter. $2.25M/email not a bad gig if you can get it. Cut the head count by 10%, it'll free up the funding for a bigger bonus next year!
