Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Where are the results of the global survey?

After weeks of harassing us to reply to the employee survey, Corporate doesn't feel the need to share the results? Just how bad was it?

Our manager shared our team results with us. It was supposed to be for a “discussion” but she really just kind of shrugged off all the negative stuff as being in line with our jobs and ratings across WF instead of taking maybe a little responsibility for lack of career growth and everyone facing obstacles getting their work done which are things she’s made clear she has zero interest in actually solving or owning. The “lost the locker room” term used by another poster is solidly on the money and we are all looking to get out asap

If only they would actually act on the feedback. It's sad, but when it comes to RTO the CEO has created a cult. If you are an exec and you support it, you can be one of the cool kids. If not, you probably won't be around long. The entire NYC exec team needs to be fired. Every single one of them.

If there was anything in the results to be proud of, they'd be showing them, I think that says it all.

Just another thing to hide from the people actually doing the work. Every day gets more secretive than the day before. Just a means to keep us in our place.

A lot of LOBs pressure you to take the survey so they can show leadership high participation rates. You are better off giving slightly favorable to favorable ratings than not taking it at all.

No survey is confidential. They track every person’s answer, scrub and omit several negatives, and use the surveys to identify people not on board with their lies and some agenda. Never complete a survey unless you want your name attached to your opinions and jeopardize your employment.

New here? No, nothing will come of the global survey. That’s why I stopped filling it out. Why waste any more of my time?

RTO was mentioned A LOT in the comments. Our leader mentioned that he/she had read all the comments and said there was some thinking to do on the topic. But no, I am expecting no changes...

Surveys and Wells Fargo are a joke. Nothing more to say. We know it's bad...

We saw CIB’s results last week. Alarming … especially the percentage of people looking to leave WF. Nearly 10 percent of CIB. Street average is about 11 percent, so we are right there.

Results were released last week, were you expecting an immediate meeting with your manager?

results are out there although may not have made it down to rank and file just yet. Last week managers with I think more than 10 employees received a link to see there results and how they compare to their greater groups. Needless to say from my group the results weren't good. very poor response rate and a whole lot of red

They are out there. Our leader is making the rounds telling the team how low scores are all there fault. The survey is a shame and its dishonest given they say its optional then say not taking it is basically not doing your job.
