Humana is certainly not a place for those who can't bear uncertainty. Everything is always uncertain here and everyone is chronically anxious about whether they will become jobless. Is all that stress worth it? I don't think so. It makes no sense to stay here when it is possible to find a much better opportunity elsewhere.

Agree. What’s happening now is how Humana has always been. It’s just that they’re being more transparent about layoffs happening, rather than hiding things. We all have to learn to cope with that ugly reality. Because RIFS and reorgs are always happening. Always.
