Can anyone change my mind?

Sounds just like CAO
I never worked in that group but I worked on a lot of enterprise projects that involved them and it was so confusing. No one seems to know what’s going on except the grunts at the bottom and the turnover is insane. There’s all these layers of people who don’t seem to do anything except work as some sort of large chief operating office for the team but then can’t tell you anything about the businesses. Senior management always seems to be completely absent or unavailable and we would hear a lot about big projects they were “working on” but then never actually see anything happen. Meetings involved a lot of finger pointing and no one seemed to be able to answer any questions without calling in 20 other people. Maybe it’s time to clean house over there
@dee+1jmoZC5u Just a guess, but west coast is likely. 7:30 AM eastern is a popular time for “global” calls like this because it allows Asia, Europe, and east coast US to meet together at an annoying but not ridiculous time for both Asia and east coast. But for the lucky folks in our headquarter state…4:30 AM.
Y’all gotta have compliance peeps in place who know what they’re doing to get past asset cap and we got leaders who can’t even work zoom
Just wait until or if we get past the asset cap ordeal. A lot of folks will be laid off after that
What time zone are you in where you would have a 4:30am call?
Any one else have to get up for a 4:30am call only to have it reschedule after 25 minutes of zoom problems for tomorrow at 4:30am?
The same could be said for Internal Audit.
Well the head of CIB Compliance just got canned, I have to think a few more will join soon.
Honestly, half of entire Wells Fargo could vanish and not one customer would notice.
But, like pretty much every corporation in this country, "leaders" need empires to exist, hence fluff jobs.
Oh well, beats digging graves... Just narrowly, but still.
