Anyone receive notice of title change with pay treatment? My role was recently retitled and I received an 11% increase as a result. Anyone else?

Same org here and I got almost a 10% raise. Not fake news. Very surprised since it came out of the blue.
If I recall the standard increase was simply a +5% salary increase??

No fake news. Some people got retitled as part of the OPOO reorg.
Most of us already went through those changes. HR discovers that people are being underpaid and will adjust. Congrats.

Pay more in taxes, federal taxes, and helps to be domiciled/resident, in the state(s) of FL or TX. Indeed, an opportunity to adequately enrich the employer sponsored 401k plan and to include a larger annual STI bonus. Maximize the employer 401k plan, pre-tax or Roth, based employer 401k plans.
