When I think about it, I would even like to end up on the layoff list because this is no longer the place where I liked to work. Not only are the employees dissatisfied, but also the customers are increasingly dissatisfied as well. The leadership just ignores it.
I don't know if this place will be ever able to overcome the losses of institutional knowledge. I doubt it.

It’s not going to get better ladies and gentlemen. Stock price heading under 40$ per share. All the insurance and fintech acquisitions that are no more than window dressing. Using legacy Suntrust systems that were cr-p to begin with. Needful Raj spreading numbers, analysts spreading same numbers in a different form and finally you putting those same numbers into another spreadsheet. Lunacy doesn’t begin to describe the nonsense that is going on here.
Truist is a sinking ship! Better you were laid off. No one needs to support a company that doesn’t support its workforce.
No one is irreplaceable. No one. "Institutional knowledge" is quickly recreated by new workers. Not happy? Leave.
