National Business leaders have made no attempt to better the culture. The company allows unethical, hostile and discriminatory to good dedicated employees at every level. Seller-AVP. People are mocked on group forums. Get promotions with terrible results and get hammered for raising any concerns. I know people have come forward but nothing is ever done and retaliation. No skip levels of any kind. It would be easier if leaders would simply talk to the people in the field. And not some bs survey that everyone is scared to respond to honestly just have a confidential conversation. VB- Rick Gomez are you listening?
There was an HR leader on that email in hopes it will trigger some action but don't count on it.
