Does CPA license help you to get senior position at Wells?

No. It doesn’t. If you do, it won’t last long. Speaking from experience. The only difference is that you will be treated like a glorified grunt. I have no team members with the CFA, CFP and JD. Many of them make less than I do.
Keep in mind, this company is very clever at managing in and managing out people. If you’re a master manipulator, and can manipulate upper level management, as well as manipulating your downstream directs, then, and only then, will you exceed. Oh! I almost forgot. This is the year of DE&I. Being the right demographic will help tremendously, as well.
