While I wonder how far we are from cuts, my former colleague started working in a new company and has never been happier. Unfortunately, I didn't leave on time.
Does anyone have any insights on how far we are from RIFs?
Are the cuts around the corner or is it better not to hope for a package any time soon?

RIF's occur on pay day (or the day prior). Next pay day is 10/28 so RIF will be 10/27.
sorry 10/21/22
BIG one for VBG this Friday 10/17/22. Front line 'managers' who manage nobody as well as Sr Managers. Q3 numbers are UGLY.
Valhalla clowns don’t have to worry since the majority of them don’t even invest in the 401k.
Tmus is up 15% over the last year. VZ is down 29%. Case closed. Garden City up, Valhalla in shambles.
@1lcv+1jfSxiXj I guess you can’t read. Verizon followed the market. I’ll say it again. Verizon followed the market and is up more than T and TMUS. I didn’t say that the market was healthy. I didn’t say anything else except Verizon is following the market.
I like to call it a dead cat bounce.
To the guy talking about the 2% bounce that's a bear bounce.
Cuts are gonna be deep. Too many groups not producing in corporate groups. People who sell and have the numbers to back it up will be safe, but the pressure will keep rising.
Fearmonger!!! Riff's are common in Q4. Stock price tanking or not.
Pay the $136B in debt off now! Share price will never rebound, carrying a load of debt like this.
It ended over 2% higher, just like most of the market today. It’s gains were higher than ATT and T-Mobile.
