2% for Exceeds. Meets is less than 2%. Remember meets is basically “doing the minimum “ in the firm’s eyes.

Yes this was posted on and leaked in another thread this week. It’s true that Bei got it done for us.

However, the 5% is simply for “meets” performers. It was anticipated that “exceeds” will be around 7%.

I would consider budgeting accordingly and take on new debt in anticipation.
