There is a tipping point for many folks at all levels in the organization, perhaps more in the oFS groups not used to the antics of Fat Ba----d. There is a spreading and open disparagement of the faux leadership and senseless destruction of value and draconian cuts being deployed. Expense pressure? Then by all means cut groups charged with revenue generation--because they are based in the wrong zip codes. Very senior leaders will admit they don't begin the day looking at performance or financial metrics, not at the limping stock price, but at the countdown calendar to FBs 65th bday...not to honor Fearless Leader, but to continue the prayer that they can just continue to kiss his a-s enough until he either retires or dies. At this point, the slow dawning realization is that there's too much damage he continues to inflict and the deal with the Jersey devil was a bad one. Karma is coming. Not today, maybe not before FBs 65th...but the best plan is to watch and enjoy it from afar. We can swallow pride and tell ourselves we can hold out, we can outlast, while bottling the rage, worry and stress...but that ultimately is a losing proposition. Those who believe in professional progression and basic or sound business decisions cannot fathom what's going on here. The only tool in FBs toolbox is a kn--e, so all he knows to do it cut and slice. This is not a fintech, this is not a payments company, it's a butcher shop. Good luck to all of us.
