How is it collaboration if half my team is in India , the rest in their respective offices in Charlotte, Arizona and Des Moines ? Like I should drive 40 minutes everyday to go sit in an office where only one other member is from my team and all the rest are conferencing from Charlotte or India ? How about sending me to India on an expat salary to increase collaboration? I can RTO there and live on an expat salary and drive collaboration.
