Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I'm getting an 8.7% raise in January, How about you?

Retired/laid off from WFA in Jan. 2020 just before the pandemic. Paid for a year and collecting SS. plus a part-time side Hussle. Got a 5+% in January 2022 too. LOL

LOL pitiful worker. I have all the free time to travel, sleep late and do what the he!! I want to, but you have to put up with this second rate, opps sorry, fourth rate POS company and it's creepy management. I hope I suck up all the finds left in SS :O:

Lol. “Hey guys, I’m making 50% of what you do but I’m getting an 8.7% raise on that!!!! Lulz. You’re so d-mb for earning double what I do! Imma finna Hussle my way to the top of my cr-p heap!”

Assuming FRA in 2020 max payout is $3,345.00/mo. And you’re so proud of that $291/mo raise. Meanwhile poor performers on my team beat that with a 2% raise. Don’t even bother including bonus’. And all while WFH being deadweight.

“Hussle”. Too much this early.

@1niq+1jbHqBaG I’m in my 30s. Of course I won’t. There will be nothing left, hence “milking it dry.”

"This person’s social security is going up just like millions of other boomers that are milking social security dry."

I suppose you won't be milking it when it comes your turn.

The 8.7% increase is also for the VA for Veteran's Disability Compensation.

Right on. Congrats on being subsidized by your grandchildren. I’m sure they won’t mind since you’re leaving them your inheritance. Remember, don’t spend it all at once. Someday you’ll want family flowers next to your headstone, not a contribution from a squat. :)

I feel like most aren’t understanding. This person’s social security is going up just like millions of other boomers that are milking social security dry.

I gave myself a 100% raise by leaving to a competing firm.

Most of our people who have been here more then 5 years are +/- 10% of mid.

At one time I was hoping to get laid off, but I’m 100% WFH. Virtually every day is a PTO day for me. I’ve been trying to find a good side hustle, just for fun. Recommendations?

Cool. I read that, too. 8.7% is nothing to sneeze at. Congrats. I’m hoping to get my 21% bonus this year.
