Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I’m gonna work twice as slow just to punish the pigs that have destroyed AT&T.

Randall and Stankey agreed to union contracts where workers don't have to work hard or be very productive. Ki----g the company.

Randy and Stink loaded T with 100Bill in debt and nothing to show. Really hard to beat that level of destruction!

Coming from a HR perspective, working hard and busting you a$$ for this pithole of a company will not get you promoted or any favors whatsoever. It will get you nothing that you don't already have.
Wanna get back at the company? Do as little as you can to get by, but take as much training as you can, learn new skills, take LinkedIn courses that are free. So when you are at work, do the very minimum to keep the appearance up and keep the boss happy, but the rest of the time learn new things and upskill, so you CAN leave this pithole and seek greener pastures with companies that actually appreciate their employees.

The one thing this id--tic company has yet to understand is that if you treat the employees well they will treat the company well. Amazing how that works.

This a funny post! Most already work less than half speed of what people with real jobs do! This company is as close a you can get to working for the federal government without being a government employee!

Do you burn down houses and businesses to prevent arson?

Have some dignity and class. Do the best with what you have and try to make the world better. You owe yourself that. Stankey, Randall and the other dirtbags have to account for themselves. We all have to account for what we do and what we fail to do.

Why?

Lazy workers who make excuses are every bit as much to blame for the poor results of this company as the executive team.
Be careful. It gets to be a very bad habit. You won't be successful in any other endeavors if you permit yourself to act like this.

Ran a 58% last month! Proud to be low, no work, call the boss says look at this transfer, can I do it, he says no I can’t make a job on it. Money still in the bank every 2 weeks regardless.

With all of the benefits being reduced, most of us employees should be working much slower than ever! Take your hour lunch and two breaks that you're entitled to and don't worry if the work doesn't get done on time! T drew first blood and now it's time for the employees to start dealing with it on their terms.

Oh no- that is going to crush the stock price. That work just goes to your union brother or sister loser.

Let's face it. T has mostly had B-team employees for many years. Most of us are just hanging around since we are tied into legacy retirement plans and are stuck. I just need two more years!

Appreciate the sentiments. Randall and Stank have destroyed any vestiges of what the great AT&T to be. It is sad.
