The uninformed probably don't realize that even if they don't meet the MR75 (mgmt) - due to interest rates increasing - they can almost receive more in cash lump sum 'today' by retiring rather than waiting until they meet MR75. It's a gut punch and only ignorance is bless here.
Made the jump in September for this very reason.
A lot of people are going to wake up next year asking what happened to their pension and why nobody told them.
So sad.
