This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for this forum for providing a much needed place to vent away from the “water cooler” and for sourcing much more valuable information than I could ever get from my management.

I truly AM thankful for this site. I have more "work friends" here on theLayoff than I do "at work". Serious.
NYC doesn't know it, but this site IS the water cooler!
@qeu+1jRF2MJ7 I won't believe the 5% merit increase until I see it for my own eyes.......crossing fingers! Let's be sure to compare increases when mgrs. deliver the news
I am thankful that I joined Wells Fargo so long ago when people actually enjoyed coming to work. Before the scandals leaked. Before the Wachovia merger. Before the woke DE&I initiatives. Before they took away, team member to team number, monetary recognition. Before they took away the exceptional service recognition trips to Hawaii.
I’m thankful for the memories, the constant paychecks, the constant bonuses, the ability to WFH and, finally, being too old to care anymore.
This board is great for information. Still can’t believe it was leaked here that raises this year are 5 percent!
