Just tested positive for Covid and feel like garbage. How long do I get to WFH?

You get 5 days for covid. I just had to use it in OCT. just make sure you call HR and document it then let your mgr know. Ask HR how you code it on workday. I forget.
Make sure to call HR. W manager approval you do NOT have to use PTO for covid sick days. A coworker was recently sick and found this out.
also they didn't contact her til over two weeks about when she was last in office (and no notice was sent out.)
I think people might have misread your tone OP. When you ask how long you get to work from home, it implies you want to be home. We can all understand and appreciate that. I believe Wells follows the CDC guidelines, which state you stay home for 5 days from the onset of symptoms.
If you had no symptoms
Day 0 is the day you were tested (not the day you received your positive test result)
Day 1 is the first full day following the day you were tested
If you develop symptoms within 10 days of when you were tested, the clock restarts at day 0 on the day of symptom onset
If you had symptoms
Day 0 of isolation is the day of symptom onset, regardless of when you tested positive
Day 1 is the first full day after the day your symptoms started
Don’t come in until you’ve tested negative two days in a row.
No one cares about COVID anymore. Of course people are still using it as an excuse to stay home and nothing your boss can do about it. Yet they still grind their teeth and pretend it's all good but in their head they're calling you out as a fraud.

5 day’s minimum
Let your sup know and stay home for the week. Not a big deal anymore.
