I once went to he dalet to get a discount on my car through the corporate buying program. The dealer said there was no need for any paper work since wells already had bought two cars in my name .
Just in case anyone needs to know, WF still gets GM Supplier Discount but that's not on LifeCare. You have to go directly to the GMS website.
I'd like to get a Tesla, but then the DE&I crowd would have me sent to re-training.
The car dealership won’t accept the fleet discount given the low inventory
FYI all those programs on lifemart like truecar are a scam. They make you think you are getting a good price, but those advertised prices still have built-in profit for the dealer. The only way to get the best price on any new car is to shop with multiple dealers over email only. If you walk into a dealer face to face without already knowing your out the door price pre-negotiated, you already lost. Buying a car is like buying a gallon milk. You can get the same gallon of milk from any grocery store, corner store, market in town, but which one is giving you the best price?
Side note - the only actual good program used to be the Chrysler affiliate pricing to get below invoice pricing on popular models such as Jeep Wrangler that dealers would not discounting as heavily, but that program ended last year due to rampant lease flipping during supply shortages.
If you're talking about discounts on purchasing vehicles I know of a number of employees who have used it in the past and liked it. If I recall it sort of like "friends and family" pricing which used to mean invoice.
The problem is there are only a few brands that are covered (Chevrolet, Nissan, etc) under the program. It appeared to me that WFDS cut a deal with one of their floor plan customers who had large dealerships (Penske, Garff, etc) to get the discounts.
Hotel rates used to be good, but my department stopped lettering us book using bank rates several years ago.
WFHM for employees is decent with the discount rate and reduced fees. Decent, but can find better. Dealer services, NO.
Don’t bother . Better rates to be had at a community bank, even as a non-employee
No way. I’d probably get laughed if I used discounts.
Closest I have come was I was thinking about renting a car once and using the discount. Then I thought there might be some form and more to fill out so i just said the h ll with it and my wife rented the car.
nata, nope, no
