Bonus Eligible If I resign in Jan 2023?

Say if I resign on Jan 13th, will I still get bonus for 2022? Have not read employee handbook, but thought of checking to see if anyone have any past experience or if any manager can chime in.

TIA

Based on last years, February 3rd looks like the likely payout date.

you must be employed on the day of payout. if you quite prior to that and give notice, you risk that the company can term you prior to payout. DO NOT GIVE NOTICE UNTIL IT HITS YOUR ACCOUNT

No, you are required to be employed as of the date of the bonus payment or else you do not qualify for your bonus payment.

A search of Teamworks will give you the answer you seek.

Actually, if bonus includes RSR, best to wait until the paperwork comes out, about a month after. Although, if leaving the unvested RSR is forfeited. Rules around RSR has been changing.

Every year this question comes up. I don't give a damn what the handbook says, you stay until the bonus hits your account and then bolt. I don't trust anyone to follow the policy.

Probably not. I was told once that you have to employed on the date of the bonus to receive it. I would stick it out until the end of Feb, bud. Unless the new offer makes up for it or offers fully remote.
