Why are there so many limos in front of fiserv all the time at the Berkeley heights office? Who is paying for these services so frequently? If frank lives nearby why would he need limos driving him and his goons all over?

While Frank lives near there his office is in NY with those other executives. They frequently come here. Looks like each of them has a limo throughout the day at their disposal. Also Himanshu

Na! We just leased out the space to the limo company for parking. Parking is expensive rite!
Most of them are empty. Security technique to have decoy limos to spread out the risk.
