Is it just me or does this whole site foster and unconscious bias against WF? I really hate speaking ill of my employer, But the current environment and culture at WF fosters a mass exodus, IMO.
When I hang out in the break room/water cooler area, all I ever hear are a bunch of formal pleasantries. The virtual Febreze they spray all over this company isn’t going to remove the stink.
One thing I do know, is that I feel awfully better when I begin to vent on the site.

I have no issues with 99% of the company, it's the executive/OC group that is responsible for morale being in the cr----r...and they are doing it intentionally. F the NYC WellsMafia.
