I posted for a few internal roles and they are just sitting in the review stage with nothing going on. Is this normal or is HR going slowly hoping they’ll pick up some former Twitter and Meta people?

Wells Fargo is too advanced for meta rejects.
Best laugh I’ve had all week. 🤣
HR is focused on DEI candidates
Recruiters are incentivize to find external candidates
Many LOBs have a 90 percent hold on hiring
The recruiters are lazy hears one complaining about having 3 whole roles to fill
They avoid backfills
Depending upon your group internal moves are shunned
You are implying sentience / sapience.

Twitter and Meta people are not going to sully their resumes at Wells Fargo.
Is this question a joke? Seriously, just scroll the tiniest bit to find what a mess hr is.
i spoke to a recruiter about this yesterday regarding a position in another company and they said that the twitter and meta people would want too much money for the banking industry positions
