- Starting on 1/1/2023 if you are in California they will be required by law to provide you that info for your current role if you request it.
- The California law states any employer in California must provide it, so since we are a California based company I'm not sure if it applies to employees outside California, but it might.
- I do find it very annoying they hide this information especially when they didn't use to.
- With all there talk of dei and gender equity, pay is a big part of that so hiding this information is a slap in the face.
- And don't let them tell you Workday doesn't support it, it does, we just chose to hide it.
- Managers can see the range for their employees but not themselves.
