All kinds of exceptions to the warn act. That’s how they’re getting around the 60 day notice – everyone is still using the pandemic as an excuse. They can get away with it because the government is still operating under its pandemic emergency powers.
I work IHX and was given notice of surplus on 11/7 with 3 weeks notice. 110 Northeast? Hmm 🤔 trying to get a better idea of the actual numbers bc federal warn act requirements for 60 days notice may apply, depending on the number of employees laid off

OOF areas seem most likely to be impacted where the opportunity to tag along on installs is less available (no BB and we spun off DTV), but increases may occur elsewhere within IF areas.
Just a suggestion... if you are impacted, willing to move, and want to continue with IHX can't hurt to ask your supervisor if there are opportunities to interview for a newly created position in a different city.
