Funny how we get told that being in the office is necessary for collaborating when so many leaders work from their home office and I’m not just talking about the c-suite.
So I have to bust my a-s commuting, pay for parking/gas/car and fill in for coworkers that leave because positions are no longer being filled due to budget cuts. I don’t even have my own cube because our entire floor was converted to flex areas for maximum collaboration!
So excited to get my 2% raise and sh---y bonus!
